Say Goodbye to Messy Wiring: Mervis IDE 2.7.19 – FUPLA / FBD Editor Updates
Programming complex logic shouldn't mean dealing with a tangled mess of lines. With the new Mervis IDE BETA 2.7.19, we have given the FUPLA / FBD (Function Block Diagram) editor a major visual upgrade to keep your workspace clean and intuitive.
Here are the key features designed to speed up your workflow:
- Smart Color-Coding: Wires now have hardcoded colors, so you instantly know what data type you are looking at—like blue for Booleans and green for Analogs. Plus, in Debug mode, wire thickness instantly reveals True or False states!
- Junction Points: End the overlapping "spaghetti" wiring. You can now route a single wire to a central junction point and neatly branch out to your target nodes from there.
- Quick Ladder Resizing: Need more space? Just grab the red circles in the top corners to drag and resize your ladders, or right-click to instantly snap them to match the width of others on your canvas.
